Take charge of your emotions


Some days are such, when you feel sad.

You don't know the reason, but you feel so.

You don't feel talking to anybody.

You blame every other person for your bad mood.


You expect 'your people' to make you happy and feel disheartened when they don't, this makes you pissed off more.


But hey, you know what, you need just YOU.

Stop expecting.

Stop assigning others a duty to keep you happy. 

Stop making others responsible for your emotions.

You need to get up and say to yourself - "That's it."

Do what makes you feel good, eat something that leaves you mouth-watery. 

Clean your room, this will give you a sense of calm.

Do something creative, something new. Feel appreciated.

Pamper yourself like you would do if any of your friend would be sad. 

It's YOUR time, treat yourself right.

You'll be okay, I promise.❤️
