Love is all about expressing

Have you ever been in a situation when your friend/ partner do something or say something which hurt you? What do you do then?  You keep it to yourselves, keep overthinking, sob in the corner and then complain about them to other people. Does this really solve the problem?   COMMUNICATION, might seem normal but is probably the strongest weapon we have.  Any misunderstandings or disagreements can be solved by communicating without blaming the other person. Many relationships could have been saved just by expressing feelings, opinions, point of views that they have. We need to accept that different people have different opinions, because they have been to different situations in life. This doesn't make them right or wrong, this just makes them THEM. Never let the communication gap ruin your relationship. Talk to your partner, friend, or be it anyone, understand why they said or reacted that way. Most of the time, you'll find them right. Try to mend the relationship, instead...

You are amazing

There's a very good line from the book Do Epic Shit by Ankur Warikoo, it says- " Those who learn, irrespective of their age, are the ones who continue to grow." Yes, it's an absolutely amazing quality to learn from others. But sometimes we fail to recognise the very thin line between learning from others and considering ourselves dumb. In this game of learning we start considering ourselves nothing. We start imitating others. Don't let others control you. Everyone reacts to a situation THEIR OWN WAY. There's no right or wrong.  It's just that everyone's situations are different. Everyone has different experiences in life. This makes them, WHO THEY ARE. Listen, learn, analyse and then implement in YOUR OWN WAY. The qualities that you possess make you unique, they make you YOU. BE PROUD OF WHO YOU ARE.  Remeber, YOU ARE AMAZING ❤️

Take charge of your emotions

Some days are such, when you feel sad. You don't know the reason, but you feel so. You don't feel talking to anybody. You blame every other person for your bad mood. You expect 'your people' to make you happy and feel disheartened when they don't, this makes you pissed off more. But hey, you know what, you need just YOU. Stop expecting. Stop assigning others a duty to keep you happy.  Stop making others responsible for your emotions. You need to get up and say to yourself - "That's it." Do what makes you feel good, eat something that leaves you mouth-watery.  Clean your room, this will give you a sense of calm. Do something creative, something new. Feel appreciated. Pamper yourself like you would do if any of your friend would be sad.  It's YOUR time, treat yourself right. You'll be okay, I promise.❤️
